Duties & Responsibilities

Our Senior Valuation Analyst is responsible for interacting with our client's senior management, analyzing financial statements and tax returns, working with complex financial models and preparing detailed written reports on company findings. This is a project oriented, financial modeling, research and writing position that requires the ability to multi-task and work under demanding deadlines.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a strong financial background and an undergraduate degree with a concentration in finance, economics or accounting. CFA charter holder, CPA, ASA and/or MBA is preferred. Candidates must also have superior quantitative, analytical and communication skills as well as a capacity to interpret and synthesize financial statements. Candidates should be highly detail oriented, have good leadership and time-management skills, an ability to work independently and within a group, as well as very strong writing skills. Candidates should have a strong work ethic and be responsible and dedicated to their work.
